The goal of naturopathy is both the absence of physical or emotional symptoms and the reactivation of innate self healing resources.
Naturopathy aims to deeply support and cleanse the system, not to suppress symptoms only momentarily. Furthermore symptoms in naturopathy are considered a guiding message sent by the body. The naturopath is the interpreter of that message and the facilitator that, working hand in hand with the patient, accompanies the body back to balance. This approach creates the conditions for maintenance of real health and prevention of illness.
With its holistic view, Naturopathy takes care of the entirety of the human being offering a personalised response based on the uniqueness of each individual. Naturopathy can also perfectly complement medical and pharmacological treatments, reducing side effects or addressing different aspects of the person’s health.
In the clinic we utilise Iridology, methods that come from Traditional Chinese Medicine and Functional pathology tests as our naturopathic diagnostic tools. As therapies we propose Nutrition, Herbal medicine, Homeopathy, Nutraceuticals, Flower Therapy, Aromatherapy and energy treatments like Reiki, Reflexology and Chakra rebalancing.

...When my son, now a University student, was born in Milan - Italy, his health was poor. After using conventional drugs for a couple of months I realised that Western medicine was not our answer.
A young mum in my thirties then, I decided to pursue my long-time passion for holistic medicine by enrolling at the renowned “Scuola Italiana di Medicina Olistica” to become a naturopath. Within a few months of using natural remedies, like herbs and homeopathics, my son became asthma free and to this day he is a happy, healthy young man who has never taken a conventional medicine since. Yes, not even one Panadol! This was my first success, which made it very clear that I had finally landed on the work path that was perfectly suited to me, where I could use together my passion for studying and my care for fellow human beings.
That is why I had no regrets in leaving the corporate world where I had worked until then, first as a lawyer and then, since I had already been searching my path for a while, as a media and public relation manager.
As soon as I finished my studies, I opened a clinic in Italy, where I helped many people with a variety of health problems. Since the beginning I have seen myself as a “holistic practitioner”. I have purposefully decided to specialise in the interconnectedness of the human body and not only in one area of it. In fact that in itself contradicts with the concept of holistic medicine, a concept that entails looking at the entirety of the person, not just at one part.
In 2010 my family and I migrated to Australia. I soon received my local accreditation and started Mother Natura Holistic Health and Therapies.
After a couple of years, even if I had already got my accreditation, I decided to pursue the Australian Advanced Diploma in Naturopathy in order to offer my patients a truly global approach to natural medicine.
In the last almost twenty years, I have kept up to date spending hours on the latest research regarding a vast array of health topics.
Studying and practicing in two different continents has allowed me to develop a unique synthesis of practice so that I can offer each of my patients an individually tailored approach to healing, blending therapies and techniques gained from my European and Australian experiences.
I have also held conferences, written articles and collaborated with many health professionals and institutions in Europe and Australia.
Guided by my strong spirituality and compassion, I take each and every case to heart. I aim to combine commitment and sensibility with excellence in naturopathic knowledge. For your comfort I can offer consultations in English, Italian and French.
